Ingredients

  • 36 Golden Oreos
  • ½ cup butter melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 large tub whipped topping divided
  • 16 oz fresh strawberries
  • 13 oz strawberry glaze

Instructions

  • Prepare the crust: Crush the Golden Oreos into fine crumbs. Combine the crumbs with melted butter until evenly moistened.
  • Press the crust: Firmly press the mixture into the bottom of a 13×9-inch pan. Place it in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
  • Make the filling: Beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
  • Fold in whipped topping: Gently mix in half of the whipped topping until the filling is light and well combined.
  • Add the cheesecake layer: Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chilled Golden Oreo crust.
  • Add the topping: Spread the remaining whipped topping over the cheesecake layer.
  • Add the strawberries: Spoon the strawberry glaze over the whipped topping and spread gently.
  • Finish the dessert: Slice the fresh strawberries and arrange them evenly over the glazed topping.
  • Chill: Refrigerate the no bake strawberry cheesecake for at least 4 hours, or until firm enough to slice neatly.

Notes

For the best texture, allow the cheesecake to chill completely before cutting. You can prepare it the day before serving and keep it refrigerated overnight.
Serve cold with extra sliced strawberries or a small spoonful of strawberry glaze. For a variation, try using a different sweet cookie crust while keeping the same creamy filling.
