Honey Mustard Chicken Sliders combine chicken, cheese, turkey bacon, avocado, and tomatoes. The chicken is coated in sweet and tangy honey mustard and layered onto toasted slider buns. These easy sliders take about 25 minutes and make a simple family meal or party dish.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Split the slider buns in half and arrange them cut-side up on a baking sheet.
Place the cheese evenly over the buns, then scatter the crumbled turkey bacon on top.
Broil for 2–3 minutes, watching carefully, until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the buns are lightly toasted.
Place the chopped chicken tenders in a medium bowl. Add the honey mustard and toss gently until every piece is evenly coated.
Divide the honey mustard chicken among the bottom buns. Add the cubed avocado and quartered cherry tomatoes.
Sprinkle lightly with flaky sea salt, then place the top buns over the filling.
Serve the Honey Mustard Chicken Sliders warm with extra honey mustard on the side.
Notes
You can substitute grilled chicken, roasted chicken, or air-fried chicken for the fried chicken tenders. For milder easy chicken sliders, use cheddar instead of Pepper Jack. Gouda works beautifully when you want a creamier, slightly smoky flavor.Serve the sliders alongside crispy potato wedges, sweet potato fries, coleslaw, corn salad, or a simple green salad. Extra honey mustard makes an easy dipping sauce. If King's Hawaiian Pretzel Slider Buns are unavailable, use another soft halal-friendly slider bun or dinner roll.
