In a large bowl, combine the chicken with flour, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Toss until every piece is evenly coated.
Add olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter to the skillet.
Once the butter has melted, arrange the chicken in a single layer with space between the pieces.
Cook without moving for about 3 minutes until golden brown.
Flip the chicken and cook another 2 minutes.
Add the remaining butter, garlic, and parsley.
Stir gently while cooking for another minute, allowing the butter to coat every piece.
Once the Garlic Butter Chicken Bites reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C), remove from heat and serve immediately.
