Easy Pepperoni Pizza Roll Ups are cheesy pizza pinwheels made with pizza dough, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and garlic butter.

Ingredients
  

Pizza Roll Ups

  • 1 tube pizza dough
  • 25 slices pepperoni
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Garlic Butter Topping

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Grated Parmesan cheese

For Serving

  • Pizza sauce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  • Lightly flour a clean work surface.
  • Unroll the pizza dough.
  • Gently shape it into an even rectangle without significantly increasing its size.
  • Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough, leaving about 1 inch uncovered along one long edge.
  • Arrange the pepperoni slices evenly over the cheese layer.
  • Starting from the opposite long side, tightly roll the dough into a log.
  • Pinch the seam closed to seal.
  • Using a sharp knife, cut the log into 12 equal slices.
  • Arrange the slices cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 12–14 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Prepare the Garlic Butter
  • While the roll ups bake, place the butter in a microwave-safe bowl.
  • Add the garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  • Microwave until melted.
  • Stir to combine.
  • Finish the Roll Ups
  • Remove the pizza roll ups from the oven.
  • Immediately brush with the garlic butter mixture.
  • Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Serve warm with pizza sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • For a halal-friendly version, substitute traditional pepperoni with halal beef pepperoni or turkey pepperoni.
  • The roll ups can be assembled ahead of time and refrigerated until baking.
  • Parmesan cheese adds extra savory flavor.
  • Pizza sauce can be warmed before serving.
