2 Ingredient Crispy Cheese Balls (Keto)

Quick keto cheese balls made with only cheese and egg whites.
Fried until golden, crispy, and delicious.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 2 large egg whites

Instructions
 

  • Heat about 2 inches of oil in a saucepan to 350°F (177°C).
  • In a bowl, mix shredded cheese and egg whites until a soft dough forms.
  • Scoop about 1.5 tablespoons of dough and roll into balls.
  • Place balls on parchment paper.
  • Fry a few at a time until golden and crispy (3–4 minutes).
  • Remove and drain on paper towels.
  • Lightly season and serve warm.

Notes

  • Serve with marinara, ranch, or garlic yogurt dip
  • Swap cheese blends for different flavors
  • Bake at 400°F (200°C) for a lighter version
