Ingredients
  

  • 200 grams feta cheese room temperature
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Bread sliced and toasted
  • Toppings of your choice

Instructions
 

  • Crumble the feta cheese into a food processor.
  • Add Greek yogurt, lemon zest, honey, and olive oil.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy to create the whipped feta mixture.
  • Taste and add salt if needed, then pulse again briefly.
  • Toast your bread slices to your preference.
  • Spread the whipped feta generously over the toast.
  • Add your favorite toppings and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Swap honey with maple syrup if desired.
