Prepare Hot Honey:
Combine honey and red pepper flakes in a microwave-safe dish. Heat on high for 10 seconds and stir well. Alternatively, warm in a small saucepan until it just begins to bubble, then remove from heat.
Whip the Feta:
In a food processor, blend feta, cream cheese, and Greek yogurt until smooth. Add 2 tablespoons of pistachios and 2 tablespoons of the hot honey. Pulse again until combined, keeping slight texture.
Spread the Dip:
Spoon the whipped mixture onto a serving plate. Spread evenly in a circular motion and create a shallow well in the center.
Add Toppings:
Pour remaining hot honey into the center well. Sprinkle with remaining pistachios, pomegranate arils, and chopped mint.
