Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups 16 ounces 2% or 4% cottage cheese
  • Juice of 1 medium lemon about 3 tablespoons
  • 1 –3 tablespoons milk of choice plus more as needed
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons finely minced fresh chives
  • 2 tablespoons finely minced fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons finely minced fresh dill
  • ½ teaspoon fine salt plus more to taste
  • Pinch of black pepper plus more to taste
  • Optional: olive oil for drizzling
  • Optional: additional fresh herbs for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Add the cottage cheese, lemon juice, milk, garlic powder, and onion powder to a food processor or high-speed blender.
  • Blend until completely smooth and creamy, stopping occasionally to scrape down the sides.
  • Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl.
  • Add the chives, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper.
  • Stir until the herbs are evenly distributed throughout the dip.
  • Add 1–2 teaspoons additional milk if needed to achieve your preferred consistency.
  • Taste and adjust the seasoning with additional salt and pepper if desired.
  • For serving, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with extra fresh herbs.

Notes
