Watermelon Sorbet with Lime

A refreshing Watermelon Sorbet with Lime made from fresh watermelon, lime juice, and honey.
Naturally dairy-free and easy to prepare.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups seedless watermelon cubed
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Cube the watermelon and remove any remaining seeds.
  • Place the watermelon cubes into a blender.
  • Add the fresh lime juice, honey or agave syrup, water, and a pinch of salt.
  • Blend until completely smooth, about 1–2 minutes.
  • Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness or acidity as desired by adding more honey or lime juice.
  • Pour the mixture into a shallow dish or freezer-safe container.
  • Cover and freeze for approximately 4 hours, or until completely solid.
  • Remove from the freezer and allow the Watermelon Sorbet with Lime to sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes.
  • Scoop into bowls or cones and serve immediately.

Notes

 

  • Replace honey with agave syrup for a vegan-friendly version.
  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves for extra freshness.
  • Serve alongside fresh berries for a colorful dessert platter.
  • Add a few strawberries or raspberries before blending for a mixed-fruit variation.
