Ingredients
  

Watermelon Base

  • 1 seedless watermelon

Cream Cheese Glaze

  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh squeezed orange juice

Fruit Toppings

  • 2 cups sliced strawberries
  • Diced peaches
  • Blueberries
  • Raspberries
  • Kiwi sliced
  • Halved cherries

Optional Garnish

  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Edible flowers

Instructions
 

  • In a medium mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until completely smooth.
  • Add the Greek yogurt and fresh squeezed orange juice. Beat until creamy.
  • Mix in the powdered sugar until the glaze is silky and lump-free.
  • Cover and refrigerate while preparing the fruit.
  • Slice the watermelon into rounds about 2 to 3 inches thick.
  • Cut each round into pizza-style wedges.
  • Spread 2 to 3 tablespoons of the cream cheese glaze over each watermelon slice, leaving a small border around the edge.
  • Arrange strawberries, peaches, blueberries, raspberries, kiwi, cherries, or your favorite fruit over the glaze.
  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves or edible flowers if desired.
  • Serve the Watermelon Pizza immediately for the freshest flavor and best texture.
