Ingredients

  • 6 cups cubed seedless watermelon chilled
  • 4 cups cold water
  • 3/4 cup fresh strained lemon juice chilled
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar or to taste
  • Ice cubes for serving
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  • Add the chilled watermelon cubes to a blender and blend until completely smooth. You should have about 4 cups of watermelon puree.
  • Pour the puree through a fine mesh strainer into a large bowl or pitcher to remove pulp if desired.
  • In a large pitcher, whisk together the cold water, fresh lemon juice, and sugar until the sugar fully dissolves.
  • Stir in the strained watermelon puree until well combined.
  • Add ice and fresh mint leaves directly into the pitcher or individual glasses.
  • Serve the Watermelon Lemonade immediately while cold and refreshing.

Notes

  • Garnish with lemon slices and mint for a beautiful presentation.
  • You can replace sugar with honey or a natural sweetener if preferred.
  • For a tropical twist, add fresh strawberries or pineapple.
