Ingredients
  

Fruit Salad

  • 6 cups seedless watermelon cut into 1-inch pieces
  • ½ pound fresh cherries pitted
  • 1 pound strawberries quartered
  • 5 ounces blueberries
  • 5 ounces blackberries
  • ¼ cup fresh mint leaves roughly torn

Dressing

  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions
 

  • Add the watermelon, cherries, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and torn mint leaves to a large mixing bowl.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the fresh lime juice, honey, and kosher salt until well combined.
  • Pour the dressing over the fruit mixture.
  • Gently toss everything together until the fruit is evenly coated.
