Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cubed watermelon
  • 1 cup cubed feta cheese
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Balsamic glaze
  • Toothpicks bamboo skewers, or cocktail picks

Instructions
 

  • Wash and dry the basil and mint leaves.
  • Cut the watermelon into bite-sized cubes.
  • Cut the feta cheese into cubes similar in size to the watermelon.
  • Assemble each skewer by threading one watermelon cube, one feta cube, a basil or mint leaf, and another watermelon cube.
  • Arrange the completed skewers on a serving platter.
  • Just before serving, drizzle generously with balsamic glaze.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy these fresh Watermelon Feta Skewers.
