  • 1 tablespoon Thai red curry paste
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 3 cups spinach
  • 14 –20 frozen dumplings
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • ¼ cup sliced scallion greens
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 –2 tablespoons chili crisp

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a 9×9-inch baking dish or oven-safe braiser, combine the coconut milk, Thai red curry paste, minced garlic, soy sauce, lime juice, and sesame oil. Whisk until smooth and fully combined.
  • Add the spinach and stir until it is evenly coated in the sauce. Spread it across the bottom of the dish.
  • Arrange the frozen dumplings on top of the spinach with the pinched side facing down.
  • Spoon some of the coconut curry mixture over each dumpling to help them absorb flavor while baking.
  • Cover the dish tightly with a lid or aluminum foil.
  • Bake for 20 minutes in a shallow braiser or 30–40 minutes in a deeper baking dish until the dumplings are cooked through and tender.
  • Remove from the oven and uncover carefully.
  • Garnish with chopped cilantro, sliced scallions, sesame seeds, and chili crisp.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy this delicious Viral Baked Dumplings Recipe while hot.

Notes

  • Frozen dumplings can go directly into the baking dish without thawing.
  • Fresh cilantro adds brightness, but parsley can be substituted if preferred.
  • Serve alongside steamed rice, cucumber salad, or stir-fried vegetables.
  • Adjust the amount of chili crisp according to your spice preference.
