Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 24 mini vanilla wafers

Instructions
 

  • Line a mini muffin pan with paper liners and set aside.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine Nutella and coconut oil.
  • Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  • Evenly divide the mixture into the prepared muffin pan.
  • Place one mini vanilla wafer on top of each cup.
  • Freeze for about 5 minutes, or until firm.
  • Transfer Vanilla Wafer Nutella Cups to an airtight container and store chilled.

Notes

  • You can use whole vanilla wafers instead of mini if needed—just adjust portion size.
  • Try adding a thin layer of melted chocolate at the base for extra richness.
  • Serve chilled for best texture.
