Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast (cut into strips)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 4 whole-wheat tortillas or tortillas of choice
  • 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • ½ red onion sliced
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • ½ cup low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, marinate the chicken with olive oil, lime juice, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the marinated chicken until fully cooked and slightly golden.
