  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the chopped onion and cook until soft and translucent.
  • Stir in the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Season the chicken breasts with paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
  • Place the chicken into the skillet and cook for 4–5 minutes per side until lightly golden.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and gently stir.
  • Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 12–15 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  • Spoon the creamy sauce over the chicken while it cooks.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
