Turkey Pepperoni Pizza Bites are mini baked pizza snacks made with yogurt dough, marinara, cheese, and turkey pepperoni.
They’re quick, cheesy, and perfect for parties or snacks.

Ingredients
  

  • Olive oil spray
  • 1 cup unbleached all-purpose flour or whole wheat/gluten-free mix
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2/3 cup marinara or pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • 1 ounce turkey pepperoni chopped
  • Crushed red pepper flakes optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and spray two 12-cup muffin tins with olive oil.
  • In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Add Greek yogurt and mix until crumbly dough forms.
  • Transfer dough to a floured surface and knead about 15 times until tacky but not sticky.
  • Divide into 16 equal balls.
  • Press each ball into muffin cups, slightly up the sides.
  • Bake for 15 minutes.
  • Remove and press centers to form a well.
  • Add sauce, cheese, and turkey pepperoni.
  • Bake another 3 minutes until cheese melts.
  • Cool slightly, then remove and serve your Turkey Pepperoni Pizza Bites warm.

Notes

  • Serve with extra marinara sauce for dipping.
  • Great for lunchboxes or party platters.
  • You can double the recipe easily for larger groups.
