In a small bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.

Pour in the yeast mixture and stir until a sticky dough forms.
Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1–2 hours, until doubled.
Transfer dough to an oiled baking pan and gently stretch it out.
Use your fingers to dimple the surface of the dough.
Drizzle olive oil on top, then sprinkle garlic, parmesan, and herbs evenly.
Bake the Garlic Parmesan Focaccia Bread at 425°F (218°C) for 20–25 minutes until golden.
Cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.
