Ingredients

fresh strawberries

scoop unflavored or vanilla protein powder

Instructions
For a smooth texture, blend the strawberries into a purée. For a chunkier version, mash them with a fork.
In a bowl, whisk the Greek yogurt and sweetener until well combined.
Fold in the strawberry purée or mashed strawberries.
Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
Spoon into serving glasses and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
You can use frozen strawberries (thawed) if fresh are unavailable
Top with nuts, seeds, or coconut flakes for added texture
