Sugar Free Strawberry Yogurt Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp sweetener of choice
  • 1 scoop unflavored or vanilla protein powder optional

Instructions
 

  • For a smooth texture, blend the strawberries into a purée. For a chunkier version, mash them with a fork.
  • In a bowl, whisk the Greek yogurt and sweetener until well combined.
  • Fold in the strawberry purée or mashed strawberries.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  • Spoon into serving glasses and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • You can use frozen strawberries (thawed) if fresh are unavailable
  • Top with nuts, seeds, or coconut flakes for added texture
  • Adjust sweetness depending on your preference
