Strawberry Mojito Mocktail Refreshing Summer Drink

A refreshing Strawberry Mojito Mocktail made with fresh strawberries, mint, and lime.

Ingredients
  

For the sugar syrup:

  • 100 g caster sugar
  • 50 ml water

For the mocktail:

  • 50 ml non-alcoholic white rum alternative or coconut water
  • 25 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 8 –10 mint leaves
  • 1 fresh strawberry hulled and quartered
  • Pinch ground black pepper
  • Handful crushed ice
  • Splash soda water about 25ml
  • Fresh mint sprig to garnish

Instructions
 

  • To make the sugar syrup, combine caster sugar and water in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until dissolved and bring to a boil carefully.
  • Remove from heat once clear and allow to cool completely.
  • In a glass, add 20ml of the cooled syrup along with lime juice, mint leaves, strawberry pieces, and black pepper.
  • Add crushed ice and pour in the non-alcoholic alternative.
  • Top with soda water.
  • Gently muddle everything to release flavors.
  • Add extra ice if needed and garnish with a mint sprig.
  • This Strawberry Mojito Mocktail is best served immediately for maximum freshness.

Notes

  • Coconut water adds a tropical twist.
  • Serve in a chilled glass for best flavor.
  • You can double the recipe easily for parties.
