Ingredients

  • 1 cup vanilla protein powder
  • ¾ cup oat flour or finely ground oats
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 3 tbsp Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • ¼ cup freeze-dried strawberries crushed
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pink or red sprinkles or extra crushed freeze-dried strawberries (optional, for coating)

Instructions

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the vanilla protein powder, oat flour, crushed freeze-dried strawberries, and salt.
  • Add the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  • Mix thoroughly until a thick dough forms.
  • If the mixture feels too dry, add milk one teaspoon at a time until it reaches a rollable consistency.
  • Scoop portions of the mixture and roll into bite-sized balls using your hands.
  • If desired, roll each ball in pink sprinkles or additional crushed freeze-dried strawberries.
  • Place the Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Balls on a tray or plate.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow them to firm up.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy.

Notes

  • Maple syrup can be substituted for honey to create a slightly richer flavor.
  • Vanilla Greek yogurt adds extra sweetness and creaminess.
  • These protein balls pair wonderfully with fresh strawberries, coffee, or a protein shake.
  • For a firmer texture, refrigerate overnight before serving.
