Ingredients
  

  • cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup heaping rolled oats
  • cup unsweetened milk of choice
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or ground flax meal
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • –2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh strawberries
  • 3 tablespoons softened cream cheese
  • Zest of ½ lemon
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Crumbled graham cracker crumbs optional, for serving
  • Strawberry jam optional, for serving

Instructions
 

  • In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, milk, cream cheese, vanilla extract, lemon zest, lemon juice, and sweetener if using.
  • Add the rolled oats, chia seeds, salt, and chopped strawberries.
  • Stir well until everything is evenly combined.
  • Transfer the mixture into a jar or airtight container with a secure lid.
  • Seal and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  • Before serving, stir the Strawberry Cheesecake Overnight Oats well.
  • Top with additional strawberries, graham cracker crumbs, and a spoonful of strawberry jam if desired.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy.
