Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans Premier Catch Albacore Tuna
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 –2 teaspoons sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions diced
  • 2 cucumbers halved and seeds removed
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • Toasted sesame seeds for garnish
  • Spicy mayo for drizzling optional

Instructions
 

  • Slice the cucumbers in half lengthwise and carefully scoop out some of the center seeds to create a boat shape.
  • Drain the albacore tuna well and finely dice or flake it into a medium bowl.
  • Add mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, sesame oil, lime juice, and diced green onions.
  • Stir gently until the spicy tuna mixture is fully combined and creamy.
  • Spoon the Spicy Tuna Cucumber Boats filling evenly into each cucumber half.
  • Garnish with extra green onions, toasted sesame seeds, and a drizzle of spicy mayo if desired.
  • Serve immediately while fresh and crisp.
