Cuisine American Fusion
- 500 g ground chicken
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1/2 head romaine lettuce chopped
- 1/3 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3 tbsp turkey bacon bits
- Avocado oil for cooking
In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly mixed.
Spread a thin layer of the seasoned chicken mixture across the back of each tortilla, pressing firmly so the chicken sticks evenly.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and lightly grease it with avocado oil.
Place each tortilla chicken-side down in the hot skillet. Cook for 2–3 minutes until the chicken is golden brown and fully cooked.
Flip the tortillas and cook the other side for another 1–2 minutes until crispy.
In a separate bowl, toss chopped romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing if desired.
Top each Smash Chicken Caesar Taco with romaine, parmesan cheese, and turkey bacon bits.
Fold the tacos and serve immediately while crispy and warm.
- Turkey bacon bits add smoky flavor while keeping the recipe halal-friendly.
- You can use homemade Caesar dressing or a store-bought version.
- Serve with fries, roasted potatoes, or a simple salad.
- Add red pepper flakes for a spicy twist.
