Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta until al dente. Reserve 1/4 cup pasta water, then drain.
Season chicken with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Add tomatoes and spinach, cooking until softened.
Lower heat and pour in cream. Stir in parmesan and red pepper flakes until smooth.
Add chicken and pasta back into the skillet. Toss everything together, adding pasta water if needed.
