Ingredients
  

  • 250 g frozen mixed seafood thawed and drained
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 15 g fresh ginger julienned
  • 3 garlic cloves thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 4 –5 spring onions sliced
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Pat the thawed seafood dry using paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  • Heat the cooking oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat until it begins to shimmer.
  • Add the julienned ginger and sliced garlic. Stir-fry for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Add the mixed seafood and stir-fry for 3–5 minutes until almost cooked through.
  • Pour in the soy sauce and continue stir-frying for another 2 minutes, coating the seafood evenly.
  • Taste and season with salt if needed.
  • Add the sliced spring onions and toss for about 30 seconds until slightly wilted.
