Ingredients
  

  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 16 ounces pre-cooked chicken
  • 2 cups lentil quinoa rice mix
  • 1 cup black bean corn salad
  • ½ cup mashed avocado

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the pre-cooked chicken and sauté for 3–4 minutes until warmed through.
  • Cook the lentil quinoa rice mix according to package instructions.
  • Divide the rice evenly into 4 bowls.
  • Top each bowl with chicken, black bean corn salad, and mashed avocado.
