Heat avocado oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook for 3–4 minutes until softened and fragrant.
Add ground turkey and taco seasoning. Cook while breaking apart the meat until almost fully browned.
Stir in diced pineapple and salsa. Simmer for 4–5 minutes until the turkey is fully cooked and flavors combine beautifully.
Warm taco shells according to package directions.
Fill taco shells with the Pineapple Turkey Tacos mixture.
Top with red cabbage, diced bell pepper, lettuce, avocado slices, cilantro, and fresh lime juice before serving.
