Prepare the pickle ranch. In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, ranch seasoning, milk, and chopped dill pickles. Add a small splash of pickle juice and stir until smooth. Refrigerate while preparing the sliders so the sauce can thicken slightly.
Cook the beef. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Cook until browned and fully cooked, breaking the meat apart as it cooks. Drain excess grease if necessary.
Prepare the rolls. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a baking dish or sheet pan. Keeping the rolls connected, carefully slice the entire package of Hawaiian rolls horizontally. Place the bottom half in the prepared pan.
Layer the cheese and beef. Arrange the American cheese slices over the bottom half of the rolls. Spoon the seasoned ground beef evenly over the cheese.
Add the toppings. Drizzle or spread some of the pickle ranch over the beef. Sprinkle the shredded Colby Jack cheese evenly over the top. Add the crumbled turkey ham, additional chopped dill pickles, and crispy pickle-flavored fried cucumbers if desired.
Finish the sliders. Place the tops of the rolls over the filling. Brush the tops generously with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake. Bake the Pickle Ranch Sliders for about 10–15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the rolls are warm and lightly golden.
Serve. Let the sliders cool for a couple of minutes, then separate them and serve warm with extra pickle ranch on the side.
