Crust

  • ½ cup crushed graham crackers or oat-based crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Cheesecake Filling

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt full-fat or 2%
  • ½ cup natural creamy peanut butter
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup or sugar-free sweetener, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional Toppings

  • Mini chocolate chips
  • Chopped peanuts
  • Banana slices
  • Melted chocolate drizzle

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers or oat crumbs with the melted butter until evenly coated.
  • Divide the mixture between serving cups or ramekins, pressing gently to create an even crust.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat together the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, softened cream cheese, honey, and vanilla until completely smooth.
  • Spoon or pipe the Peanut Butter Greek Yogurt Cheesecake Cups filling evenly over each prepared crust.
  • Smooth the tops with the back of a spoon or an offset spatula.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours until set. For the best texture, chill overnight.
  • Before serving, garnish with mini chocolate chips, chopped peanuts, banana slices, or a drizzle of melted chocolate.

Notes

  • Honey provides a floral sweetness, while maple syrup adds a richer flavor.
  • Sugar-free sweeteners work well for a lower-sugar version.
  • Fresh berries make an excellent topping alongside banana slices.
  • Store toppings separately until serving for the freshest presentation.
