Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 large banana cut into chunks and frozen
  • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Ice cubes optional
  • Optional: ½ scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions
 

  • Pour the almond milk into your blender.
  • Add the frozen banana chunks.
  • Spoon in the creamy peanut butter.
  • Add the Greek yogurt and ground cinnamon.
  • Include any optional mix-ins, such as protein powder, flaxseed meal, or chia seeds.
  • Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
