Preheat oven to 425°F / 220°C (200°C fan).
Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness of about 1.5 cm for even cooking.
Mix all seasoning ingredients in a small bowl.
Line a baking tray with foil and parchment paper.
Place chicken upside down on the tray. Drizzle with half the olive oil and rub evenly.
Sprinkle half the seasoning over the chicken.
Flip chicken, drizzle remaining oil, and coat with the rest of the seasoning.
Bake Oven Baked Chicken Breast for 18 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Remove from oven and let rest for 3–5 minutes.
Garnish with parsley and serve.
