Marinate the Chicken
Combine chicken with sesame oil, soy sauce, Sriracha, and garlic powder. Marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
Cook the Chicken
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken in a single layer and cook for 3–4 minutes per side until lightly browned.
Sauté Aromatics
Push chicken aside and add onion to the center. Cook for 2 minutes, then stir in garlic for 30 seconds.
Add Rice and Broccoli
Add broccoli, rice, and chicken broth. Stir everything together and bring to a boil.
Simmer
Cover and reduce heat. Cook for about 20 minutes until rice is tender. Add more liquid if needed.
Prepare the Sauce
Whisk together all honey garlic sauce ingredients.
Finish the Dish
Pour sauce over the cooked dish and mix well. Garnish as desired.
