Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine the potatoes and green beans with olive oil, 1 teaspoon kosher salt, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
Spread the vegetables evenly into a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Arrange the chicken thighs on top of the vegetables.
Season the chicken with the remaining salt and pepper.
Spread approximately 1 tablespoon of parmesan garlic sauce over each chicken thigh. Drizzle the remaining sauce over the vegetables.
Bake the One Pan Garlic Parmesan Chicken Dinner uncovered for 50 to 60 minutes.
Halfway through baking, rotate the pan and gently stir any vegetables that are not coated in sauce.
Continue baking until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the skin is beautifully golden.
Let the dish rest for 5 minutes before serving.
