Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries puréed
  • 1/4 cup fresh strawberries diced

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter.
  • Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  • Refrigerate the crust for 10 minutes while preparing the filling.
  • In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until completely smooth.
  • Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Mix until fully combined.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

  • Divide the cheesecake filling into two equal portions.

  • Spoon alternating dollops of plain and strawberry filling onto the chilled crust.
