No Bake Peanut Butter Chocolate Bars are an easy layered dessert.
Made with peanut butter, graham crumbs, and chocolate topping.
No oven required and ready after chilling.

Ingredients
  

For the peanut butter layer:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter melted and slightly cooled
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

For the chocolate topping:

  • 12- ounce semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter

Instructions
 

  • Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper or foil, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
  • In a large bowl, mix melted butter and peanut butter until smooth.
  • Add powdered sugar and mix until fully combined.
  • Gradually mix in graham cracker crumbs until a thick dough forms.
  • Press the mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips with peanut butter in 20–30 second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  • Pour and spread the chocolate evenly over the peanut butter layer.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1.5 hours until firm.
  • Slice into bars and enjoy your No Bake Peanut Butter Chocolate Bars.

Notes

  • You can drizzle white chocolate on top for decoration.
  • Serve slightly chilled for best texture.
  • Add chopped nuts for crunch.
