No Bake Margarita Balls are creamy citrus dessert bites made with cream cheese, vanilla wafer crumbs, fresh lime, and orange juice. They require no baking and are perfect for parties, holidays, and make-ahead entertaining.

For the Base

  • 1 cup vanilla wafer crumbs
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • ¼ cup fresh lime juice
  • ¼ cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon orange extract optional
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime zest

For the Coating

  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime zest

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the vanilla wafer crumbs, softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, lime juice, orange juice, orange extract (if using), and lime zest.
  • Beat the mixture for 2–3 minutes until smooth and creamy.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
  • Scoop about one tablespoon of mixture and roll into 1-inch balls.
  • Arrange the balls on a parchment-lined baking tray.
  • In a small bowl, combine the powdered sugar and fresh lime zest.
  • Roll each No Bake Margarita Ball in the citrus sugar coating until evenly covered.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving for the best texture.

Notes

  • Replace vanilla wafer crumbs with graham cracker crumbs if preferred.
  • Add finely shredded coconut to the coating for extra texture.
  • Garnish with a little extra lime zest before serving.
