Place the raw almonds in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
Add the rolled oats, ground flaxseed, and cocoa powder. Pulse until everything is evenly combined.
Add the Medjool dates and process for about 30 seconds, or until the mixture becomes crumbly and starts to stick together.
Drizzle in 1 tablespoon of melted coconut oil and pulse again until the mixture becomes sticky enough to hold its shape.
If the mixture still feels dry or crumbly, add the remaining coconut oil and pulse until fully combined.
Scoop small portions and roll into approximately 24 one-inch balls.
Arrange the No Bake Chocolate Energy Balls on a tray or baking dish.
Refrigerate for 20 minutes or until firm.
Serve immediately or store for later.
