Ingredients
  

  • 2 Tablespoons 28g unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup 100g graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup 240ml heavy cream, cold
  • 8 ounces 226g full-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup 65g granulated sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons 30g sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Toppings of choice fruit, chocolate, caramel, etc.

Instructions
 

  • Prepare serving jars and set aside.
  • Mix melted butter with graham cracker crumbs until it resembles wet sand.
  • Add crust mixture into jars and press lightly.
  • Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  • Beat cream cheese, sugar, sour cream, lemon juice, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Gently fold whipped cream into the mixture.
  • Spoon filling over crust in jars, leaving room for toppings.
  • Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving if desired.
