Ingredients
  

For the Pancake Batter

  • cups all-purpose flour maida
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup melted butter or ghee
  • cups milk

For Cooking

  • 2 bananas sliced
  • 1 teaspoon butter

For Serving (Optional)

  • Honey
  • Maple syrup
  • Chocolate sauce
  • Powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, cinnamon powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • Add the egg, vanilla extract, melted butter or ghee, and milk.
  • Mix until all ingredients are fully combined and a thick batter forms.
  • Allow the batter to rest for 15–20 minutes. For even fluffier results, refrigerate overnight.
  • Heat a skillet or tava over medium heat and lightly brush it with butter.
  • Dip each banana slice into the batter, ensuring it is coated evenly on both sides.
  • Carefully place the coated banana slices onto the hot skillet, leaving space between each piece.
  • Cook for about 1 minute or until the bottom turns golden brown.
  • Flip and cook the other side until golden and fully cooked through.
  • Repeat with the remaining banana slices and batter.
  • Serve the Mini Banana Pancake Bites warm with a dusting of powdered sugar and your favorite toppings such as honey, maple syrup, or chocolate sauce.
