Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs finely crushed
  • 0.5 cups unsalted butter melted
  • 3 packages cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup caramel sauce for topping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  • Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until well combined. Press into a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
  • Add eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition.
  • Stir in vanilla extract and pour the mixture over the crust.
  • Bake for 45 minutes until the center is almost set.
  • Let cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  • Top with caramel sauce before serving your Millionaire Cheesecake Recipe.
