  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp all-purpose flour

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, scallion whites, almonds, mayonnaise, 3/4 cup cheddar, salt, pepper, and most of the turkey ham.
  • In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs, melted butter, and remaining cheddar.
  • Season chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Sear chicken in the skillet for 5 minutes until golden. Flip.
  • Top each piece with cream cheese mixture, then breadcrumb mixture.
  • Bake for 15 minutes.
  • Broil for 3–4 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  • Make a quick sauce in the skillet with flour and remaining fat.
  • Serve the Million Dollar Chicken Skillet recipe topped with scallion greens and reserved turkey ham.

Notes

  • Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or roasted vegetables
  • Add spinach to the cream cheese mixture for extra nutrition
  • Use mozzarella instead of cheddar for a milder flavor
