Cook, breaking the beef into crumbles, until fully browned and no longer pink.
Drain any excess grease from the skillet.
In a small bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, ground ginger, red pepper flakes, and black pepper.
Pour the sauce mixture over the cooked beef.
Stir well and simmer for 1–2 minutes until the sauce coats the meat evenly.
Serve the Korean Ground Beef and Rice Bowls over hot cooked rice.
Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
