Keto Cheese Chips are crispy, low carb snacks made with melted cheese and spices.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup swiss cheese shredded
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese shredded
  • 4 jalapeños sliced
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  • In a medium bowl, mix the shredded swiss and parmesan cheese with chili powder.
  • Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the mixture onto the tray, forming small rounds about 2 inches wide. Leave space between each for spreading.
  • Top each round with a slice of jalapeño.
  • Bake for 4–5 minutes until edges turn golden brown. Watch closely to prevent burning.
  • Remove from oven and allow Keto Cheese Chips to cool completely—they will crisp up as they set.
  • Serve and enjoy your crunchy keto snack.
