Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup fresh or panko breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup minced onion
  • 1 ¼ tsp kosher salt
  • 1 ½ tsp minced garlic
  • 3 tbsp mayo
  • 1 tbsp minced fresh parsley or 1 tsp dried
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ¾ tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • Vegetable oil for cooking

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix breadcrumbs and milk. Let sit until absorbed.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook onion with a bit of salt until soft, about 7 minutes. Add garlic and cook briefly. Let cool.
  • Add onion mixture to breadcrumbs, then mix in mayo, parsley, salt, pepper, and cayenne.
  • Once cooled, mix in egg and ground chicken gently.
  • Form into 6 patties using slightly oiled hands. Chill for 20 minutes.
  • Cook the Juiciest Ground Chicken Burgers on a grill or skillet over medium heat for 6–7 minutes per side until fully cooked (165°F internal temp).
  • Rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve with toasted buns, lettuce, tomato, and your favorite sauce. You can also wrap them in lettuce for a low-carb option.
