In a large bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, shredded pepper jack cheese, diced jalapenos, chopped turkey bacon, and sriracha sauce until fully combined.
Scoop the mixture into small portions and roll into bite-sized balls.
Place the balls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for 30 minutes.
Add flour to one bowl and beaten eggs to another.
In a third bowl, combine panko bread crumbs, plain bread crumbs, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt.
Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F.
Remove the chilled Jalapeno Popper Bites from the freezer.
Coat each ball in flour, dip into beaten eggs, and roll in the bread crumb mixture.
Fry several bites at once for 2–3 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
