Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a bowl, toss the chicken with 1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce. Adjust for spice level if desired.
In another bowl, mix ranch dressing with the remaining buffalo sauce.
Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface into a large rectangle.
Spread the buffalo ranch sauce evenly over the dough.
Add the chicken mixture and sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly on top.
Roll the dough tightly into a log shape and seal both ends.
Place seam-side down on a greased baking sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.
Let the Buffalo Chicken Bake rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.
