Irresistible Buffalo Chicken Bake Recipe

A cheesy buffalo chicken bake made with pizza dough, shredded chicken, and bold buffalo sauce.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded or diced
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 pizza dough homemade or store-bought, thawed
  • 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce divided
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a bowl, toss the chicken with 1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce. Adjust for spice level if desired.
  • In another bowl, mix ranch dressing with the remaining buffalo sauce.
  • Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface into a large rectangle.
  • Spread the buffalo ranch sauce evenly over the dough.
  • Add the chicken mixture and sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly on top.
  • Roll the dough tightly into a log shape and seal both ends.
  • Place seam-side down on a greased baking sheet.
  • Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.
  • Let the Buffalo Chicken Bake rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Serve with extra ranch or yogurt dip on the side
Add vegetables like bell peppers or spinach for variation
Use whole wheat dough for a healthier version
