Preheat the oven to 450°F (220°C). Grease a baking tray lightly with oil.
Add the chicken pieces to the tray. Sprinkle smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt over the chicken. Toss well until evenly coated.
Sprinkle the flour over the chicken and mix again until all pieces are lightly coated. Arrange the chicken in a single layer and spray lightly with oil.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the Honey Sriracha Chicken sauce. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine butter, honey, sriracha, lime juice, soy sauce, grated garlic, ginger, and Chinese 5 spice. Stir until the butter melts and the sauce becomes smooth.
Remove the chicken from the oven and pour the sauce over the chicken pieces. Toss carefully until evenly coated.
Return the tray to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes, or until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken beautifully.
Serve immediately with rice, quinoa, or steamed vegetables.
