Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup diced watermelon
  • 2 bananas sliced into chunks
  • 1 cup strawberries stems removed
  • 2 kiwis cut into 4–6 pieces
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 mango peeled and diced
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions
 

  • Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 20 minutes to prevent burning.
  • Thread the watermelon, banana chunks, strawberries, kiwi pieces, pineapple, and mango onto the skewers, alternating fruits for a colorful presentation.
  • Sprinkle the fruit skewers evenly with cinnamon.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 12–15 minutes total.
  • Rotate the skewers every 5 minutes to ensure even grilling and attractive grill marks.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and fresh lime juice.
  • During the last 5 minutes of grilling, brush the Honey Lime Grilled Fruit Skewers generously with the honey-lime mixture.
  • Remove from the grill and serve immediately while warm.
